Jerome was wonderful to work with. I had a 30 day warranty for a mice issue in my property. When the another mice was found, Jerome returned immediately to inspect my tenants apartment, and took the time to inspect the exterior perimeter of the house, took pictures, and discuss with me in detail the likely ways some of these pesky rodents got into my property. I appreciated his candor, keen eye, and detailed discussion of what was done, and needs to be done. I also appreciated his quickness with sending me a fare quote for an exclusion service.
